Convenient base by Runcorn Station if you're visiting Chester or Liverpool.

Efficient communication from the property management company. Clean and functional place. Excellent location in terms of less than 5 mins walk to the railway station, so far easier than driving into Liverpool.

Parking was ok for us, but it's on-road parking outside the property. It was evident that this particular cul-de-sac is a popular place for rail commuters to park, so it's quite possible the nearest space might be a short walk away. The main (double) bed was not particularly comfy.

Calm and cosy stay

The hosts obviously take feedback on board to make your stay comfortable as everything on the reviews that people didn’t like (within their control) have been changed/remedied. Nice to have a toy box for the kids, we’ve travelled a long way so didn’t really bring toys with us. Perfect location to the train station for our departure. Understanding and accomodating hosts! Would definitely stay here again

Excellent accommodation for families

Lovely location for our family stay, with an enclosed garden area and playpark directly across the road. Spacious living/dining/kitchen area with access to garden. High chair and cot were available for us. Immaculate kitchen and bathroom, both appeared to be newly renovated.

No dishwasher, mattress was awful, hob was faulty, fan above hob didn’t work, neighbours complained about parking outside property

Great location, modern, comfortable and excellent customer service when needed!

Location, modern decor, equipped with basics, great shower, smart TV, good central heating and well laid out, comfortable home.

It was ideal for our needs but to be helpful to others choosing to book - Parking is not reserved, it’s on street and anywhere you can find but there’s always a space (even for our large car). Take your own hand/bath towels as 2 sets are supplied but may not be enough, a bath mat is not provided. The bathroom door could do with looking at as it tended to get stuck but didn’t affect our stay. In the main bedroom there’s a cupboard with a hanging rail and shelving so you do have space to hang your clothes / store your bags.
