We had an excellent stay at this lovely house in Viareggio. The location is perfect, close to everything we needed, the cleanliness was spotless, and the communication with the host was outstanding. Everything was exactly as described, and we felt very comfortable throughout our stay. I would be happy to return anytime. Truly great value for money!

Felt like I was staying with good friends!

There could not be better hosts! We were welcomed warmly and immediately felt like we were staying with old friends. They even had our favorite coffee!! The property was clean and spacious. Easy walking distance to the beach, restaurants but also very quiet and private. All simple amenities were graciously supplied.

Una casetta bellissima!

Ci è piaciuto tutto! La casetta si trova in un’ottima posizione, è a circa 300 metri dalla passeggiata e a circa 700 metri dalla stazione. Vicinissima a supermercato, bar e panetteria. Molto spaziosa, con tutti i comfort e pulitissima! Nonostante ci sia un solo climatizzatore, è molto fresca anche grazie ai lucernari e ai ventilatori. Lo staff è stato gentilissimo e davvero molto molto disponibile con noi. Insomma tutto perfetto!!!

Ci tornerei volentieri!

Spazi ampi adatti anche a chi ha bambini. La casa aveva tutti i comfort necessari e anche di più! Pastiglie per lavastoviglie, macchinetta e capsule per il caffè etc. La posizione della casa è ottima perché vicinissima al centro e alla spiaggia! I proprietari di casa molto gentili e disponibili.

Alloggio spazioso e tranquillo

L'appartamento è posizionato in una via tranquilla, nonostante la vicinanza al mare. Noi siamo stati ospiti durante il periodo del Lucca Comics e devo dire che è stata un ottima base dalla quale muoversi. Le camere da letto sono spaziose con due grandi letti matrimoniali, il bagno ha una doccia grande, la cucina è fornita di ogni elettrodomestico e si può cucinare la qualunque. Nel salotto è presente un divano letto e un condizionatore per scaldare/raffreddare l'ambiente. L'appartamento è servito a 100 metri da un Conad. Che dire, se torneremo per una prossima edizione del Comics, cercheremo di tornare in questo alloggio.
