We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
We had a lovely stay at this apartment. Well-positioned for the beach with a side view of the sea, we couldn't ask for more. Very clean, air-conditioned, with a lovely terrace off the living room, the host even provided some lovely breakfast treats. The property has a relationship with a nearby private beach establishment (Bagno Vespucci), it was very convenient to go to the sea and use the apartment for the odd cool-off in the day. Very good value for money!

Great apartment & close to the beach.
It was a really nice apartment with two big bed rooms and enough space for everything. The apartment was clean and we loved the big terrace. The beach is super close and also there is a Conad supermarket around the corner. The staff was really friendly and helpful. We will definitely come back.

Relax totale, come sentirsi a casa!
Il soggiorno è stato davvero perfetto! Relax totale nonostante un bimbo di 8 mesi, a 3 min a piedi dalla spiaggia e dalla passeggiata di Viareggio supermercato Conad sul percorso, appartamento dotato davvero di tutto (frullatori, bollitore, macchina per il caffè elettrica, seggiolone e lettino per il bimbo...) con una bella terrazza, 2 camere comode e aria condizionata ok tutte le stanze! Il signor Piero poi è di una gentilezza e di una disponibilità difficili da trovare oggi, ci ha fatto sentire davvero a casa. Inoltre sono convenzionati con il lido Vespucci, facendoci avere uno sconto anche per il lido. Davvero consigliatissimo e ci torneremo sicuramente!
Solamente il mobilio potrebbe essere un po' ammodernato, ma siamo stati benissimo anche così 😅

Zorgeloze vakantie !
De locatie is super! Het appartement was schoon. Vlakbij het strand en station. De eigenaar is ook heel aardig en zorgzaam. Het dakterras is super groot en zonnig. Per kamer ook nog een eigen balkon met zicht op de zee.
Matrassen zouden vernieuwd mogen worden.
