Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. This cozy, upstairs back unit is a 60 second walk to the beach and just 3 houses off ji the sand. Its relaxed, vintage vibe makes it an amazing beach cottage and wonderful family experience. It has A/C, comes with 1 garage spot, outdoor shower and small patio with BBQ. It is walking distance to all of the eateries, grocery store, a wonderful little park with a playground/ basketball courts, and local shopping that the Peninsula has to offer.

KITCHEN: Includes sink, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, stove, microwave oven, conventional oven, toaster, Keurig, coffee machine, icemaker, plates, cups, and utensils, as well as cookware nicely stocked. Basic home goods and condiments also available for your use.
LAUNDRY: Shared washer/ dryer available to use onsite in a separate room.

World-class golfing at Pelican Hill is 10 minutes away! A major grocery store is walking distance! A playground just down the street!
