When our ever-popular ocean view corner duplex actually has availability, you know you'd better grab it before someone else does! Situated oh so close to all the local favorites: 34th Street beach break and boardwalk, markets, eateries, shops, Newport Pier and more. Walk or bike to them all. Here's what you'll find in our lower unit:

LIVING/DINING AREA:

- TV (streaming, w/ live channels available)
- Sliding glass door opens to front patio
- Dining table w/ seating for 6
- Barstool seating at nearby kitchen counter

KITCHEN:
- Fully stocked w/ dishes, utensils, cookware, bakeware
- All major appliances; small appliances
- Guests must provide their own food, drinks (including coffee), spices, condiments, and paper goods (napkins, plastic wrap, etc.)

BEDROOMS:
- Bedroom #1: Queen bed
- Bedroom #2: Queen bed
- Bedroom #3: King bed; TV (streaming, w/ live channels available); en suite bathroom

BATHROOMS:

2 twin trifold floor mats w/ extra linens and pillows (best used for children) are provided; rollaway twin beds can be rented, in lieu of floor mats, if desired. Make arrangements in advance to ensure availability and delivery in time for your arrival.

All bed/bath/kitchen/beach linens for the maximum number of guests are provided as part of the cleaning/linen fee and are attractively installed.

Shared coin-operated laundry facilities located in laundry room along side walkway. Bring your own laundry supplies and quarters.

PARKING:
1 small single carport; compact to midsize vehicle only. Carport dimensions, 78" H x 95.5" W. Neighborhood street parking (metered and non-metered) can also be utilized.

LOCATION:
Best of all is the close proximity to the popular 34th Street beach - known for its great surf and inviting shoreline. There is something for everyone at this longtime local favorite! And every convenience is within easy walking distance: eateries, coffee shops, grocery store, shopping, nightlife, the iconic Newport Pier, the posh Lido Marina Village, and so many destinations in between! The beachfront boardwalk, which stretches 6-miles along the peninsula, is the best way to explore the town on foot or on beach cruiser. Guests can park their cars and not use them again until departure day!

RECREATIONAL GEAR:
Additional beach gear or recreational equipment is available for rent from the management at very reasonable rates for our guests: large ice chests, wagons, Pack n Play portable cribs, portable high chairs, twin rollaway beds, and much more! Contact us for more information.
