Summary:

This value 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom upper unit is just 3 blocks from the beach! The large rooftop deck provides panoramic views of the ocean and city and the perfect spot to spend time outdoors while BBQing on the charcoal grill. The master bedroom has a king bed and an en-suite bath. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms also have queen beds and the 2nd bathroom is in the hall between the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. There is 1 shared parking spot in garage, suitable for smaller vehicles only.

303 35th St B is professionally managed by Newport Beach Vacation Properties. This value, contemporary 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom, upper unit is a short walk to one of the best beaches on the Peninsula, ideal for sunning, surfing, boogie boarding and more! The rooftop deck provides panoramic views of the ocean and city and the perfect spot to spend time outdoors.



The spacious living area has plenty of seating, a gas fireplace and a wall-mounted flat panel TV. Stainless appliances, granite counters, built-in microwave and plenty of cabinet and counter space make the bright kitchen an efficient space for putting together family meals or dishing out take out. A highboy table and four chairs plus extra stools are provided for casual meals.



The master bedroom has a king bed and an en-suite bath. The second and third bedrooms also have queen beds. The second bathroom is in the hall between the second and third bedrooms.



The rooftop deck has a table and lounge chairs. Grill family favorites on the charcoal BBQ while sharing the days experiences.



There is 1 parking space in the shared garage with the lower unit. Please note that this garage space is for smaller vehicles only.



Pavilions grocery store is three blocks away on 32nd Street, alongside many casual restaurants. Newport Beach has some of the best dining spots all within a short drive or a 10-15 minute walk of this home. Lido Marina Village has many up scale eateries and boutiques and beautiful harbor front views. This location is perfect for families looking to explore all the area has to offer.

N.B.V.P is not responsible and will not issue refunds due to neighboring construction. City construction hours are M - F 7am to 5pm.

The unit was perfect! Everything was in great working order. We had a great time.

The house was fine, but there were 2 significant problems:1. No hot water for one day2. More importantly, it rained and there were leaks in 2 bedrooms getting the beds wet. While they did come out right away and look at it, they didn’t really do anything. One guest had to leave because there was no bed to sleep in. While the management company did reply quickly, there was no follow up to see how we were doing. We think they fixed the hot water problem, but there was never a message letting us know. It just started working. Overall a bad experience. We feel we deserve some compensation for the wet beds.
