223 34th St A is professionally managed by Newport Beach Vacation Properties. This beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath, lower unit is just 2 blocks from one of Newport's best beaches. This colorful ground floor living area has a comfortable seating where the whole crew can relax and a fantastic patio area with a gas BBQ and fire pit.



The fully equipped kitchen has stainless appliances and granite countertops, perfect for whipping up meals for the family. The granite breakfast bar with seating for 4 is an ideal spot for quick breakfasts and casual dinners. There is also a highboy table that seats 4 as well.



A half bath is off the kitchen and the washer and dryer is in a laundry closet just down the hallway.



Upstairs, 3 roomy bedrooms provide privacy and comfort. A king bed graces the master bedroom with spacious en-suite bath with walk-in shower and a flat panel TV. Two beachy guest bedrooms—both with queen beds and flat panel TVs—share a bathroom with a large walk-in shower.



One of the highlights of this cool, clean condo is the amazing patio just off the living area. Sit around the fire element after enjoying freshly grilled meals from the built-in BBQ. A dry sink with drainage is convenient for keeping beverages icy cold.



The garage is used for storage but the covered carport provides parking for one car.



The rental is just two short blocks from one of the best beaches in Newport and everything you need to make the most of the surf, sun, and sand. Conveniently located just a short walk away from the grocery store and 32nd St shops and local eateries, the property is also only a short stroll to the newly renovated Lido Marina Village with its high-end bay front restaurants and boutiques.

-We try our best to keep updated on remodels/construction happening around our vacation units. However, construction can pop up anytime in the City of Newport Beach without notice. N.B.V.P is not responsible and will not issue refunds due to neighboring construction. City construction hours are M - F 7am to 5pm.

Great house and location! Will stay here again! Everything worked and having bikes was a plus! A suggestion would be that more bathroom towels be provided so we didn’t have to wash them everyday and that sheets be put on beds. Not a deal breaker but more for convenience! Overall A!

Enjoyed a wonderful weekend of sun, beach and exploring with our young girls and two friends. House has everything you need for the beach, including toys, chairs, bikes, towels, games and boards. Layout of house was great. The living room/patio area is perfect for a group. We had a rental car but really didn’t need it. We walked to all restaurants and activities. October is a prime time to be in OC!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Fall Break with my daughter and 3 teenage granddaughters for last 4 years. Bikes for everyone, beach chairs, towels and toys all in working order. Nice appliances. Carport large enough for BIG Expedition. Love grilling/ eating on patio. Beds are cozy. Beach, boardwalk, restaurants, shops all close. Owner and Burr White super friendly and easy to work with...keep up the good work. Definitely recommend and will go back again next year.
