GUEST ACCESS:

No Air Conditioning: Like most homes in our moderate coastal climate, this property does not have air conditioning. Ceiling fans are provided throughout for your comfort.
Laundry: A washer and dryer are available. Please note that guests must provide their own laundry supplies.
Parking: One space in the shared garage. Small to mid-size vehicles only. Access via rear alley. General neighborhood street parking, both metered and unmetered, is also available.
Recreation Gear Rentals: Additional beach gear or recreational equipment is available for rent from Beachview Rentals at very reasonable rates. Large ice chests, wagons, Pack' N Play portable cribs, portable high chairs, twin rollaway beds, and more are available. Contact us for more information.
Rental Agreement: A signed rental agreement is required to complete your booking.
Security: This property may use surveillance cameras and/or recording devices in outdoor spaces and/or property entrances, as well as noise-monitoring equipment such as decibel readers, to protect our guests, the property, and ensure compliance with local ordinances.
City Tax: A 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is included in all booking totals (for reservations less than 30 nights) as mandated by the City of Newport Beach.
