Great location! Had a small view of the beach from the front patio.The noise from our upstairs neighbors was unbearable. Every foot step could be heard!Could use some improvements: Missing lightbulb by front door Garage door missing a roller, had to be manually held up while entering or exiting Missing toilet paper holder bar No clothes hangers Missing knobs on dressers Burned out bulb in kitchen Shower head in bathroom impossibly high Too few bowels Inside garage door didn’t work Patio furniture chairs in poor condition Old flat bed pillows throughout Tired bedding

The location and home were perfect. We traveled with 6 adults and we fit comfortably in the space. The garage opened through the master bedroom but it did not feel inconvenient at all. The indoor/outdoor living was so great this time of year. We utilized the grill and the fire pit. Let’s not fail to mention the automatic awning that can me opened when the sun hits just right to provide some shade. Some things to note if you plan on booking this unit. Furniture indoor and outdoor is well used and could use some TLC. There are no cleaning supplies, so if you like to clean up after yourself bring some with you. The Wi-Fi was weak and made it difficult to stream or use our computers for work. Other than that we loved it and will definitely be back!!

The home is a quick min walk to the sand with beach view from the front porch area. The home , in addition to the rooms, felt much bigger than the pictures showed. Yes garage door opens through master but it did not feel inconvenient or odd given the size of room, plus most of our use was back and forth through front door and slider. Home had all the beach gear needed. Very convenient and comfortable home. Location was busy with very limited parking. Noise from walking around in above unit could be heard in early morning. We would definitely consider staying at the property again. Our family had a nice stay.

Things to know about this house: - Garage is small, would only fit a small SUV or sedan. - Garage entrance is in master bedroom. - Inside floors (except 2 bedrooms) are stone like you would expect outside, in fact the same stone is outside. It feels dirty even after steam mopping. - This home is all one level and very small. I would guess 1200-1300 sf. - There is no toaster in the home. - Don’t leave food on kitchen counter or elsewhere. Our groceries were quickly infested with ants. I saw ants roaming throughout the home. - Washer/Dryer is accessed outside the home and shared by other tenants. It Is old and the washing machine was broken during our week long stay. My husband said the dryer smelled. - outdoor bbq was dirty and full of grease that caused intense flames that burned our burgers. - There are not convenient plugs for charging your devices. The plug near the master bed was behind the headboard and difficult to access. - There was only one dish towel in the home. - Overall the home is in a good location, close to beach and boardwalk but it needs a good deep cleaning. Cupboard and switches and floors felt grimy. The home feels highly trafficked and was certainly not as nice as we expected given how much we spent on it. I didn’t feel the description explained some of the above details.
