A one-of-a-kind vacation awaits at this Newport Island bayfront two-story single family home, available for stays of 30 nights or more. Situated on one of the best locations on the island, the street end location looks out on a picturesque channel view from the spacious and sunny patio as well as primary bedroom. A short walking distance to coffee shops, casual and fine dining restaurants, grocery store, convenience stores, unique shopping boutiques, and any amenity imaginable. The private dock offers swimming in the bay, stand paddling, kayaking, and fishing. A short 6-minute walk to the ocean invites you to one of the best beaches in Newport. For family fun, there is an island park with swings, slides, and basketball. Come relax in this peaceful and tranquil family friendly hidden treasure. Here is what you will find:

DUE TO THE MODERATE COASTAL CLIMATE, THIS HOUSE (LIKE MOST IN THE AREA) DOES NOT HAVE AIR CONDITIONING. IN ADDITION, THERE IS NO CENTRAL HEATING: SPACE HEATERS PER ROOM HAVE BEEN PROVIDED.

PARKING:
- One garage space in single car garage; parking in or across the driveway is prohibited due to blocking the sidewalk
- Note: Street parking on Newport Island requires a special permit during the summer months. Do not park without a permit. Permit can be supplied with advanced notice from Beachview Realty.
- Visiting guests may need to park off the island, throughout the peninsula neighborhoods.

Only 5 blocks from the 38th Street beach/ocean - about a 6-minute walk (surfing, boogie boarding, paddle boarding, sun bathing). Easy access to PCH and Freeways can take you to day excursions to Disneyland/California Adventure, Knott's Berry Farm, Universal Studios, Hollywood, San Diego Zoo and Wild Animal Park, LEGOLAND, and more! Discover world-class shopping at Fashion Island and South Coast Plaza--less than a 15-minute drive away.

LINENS:
All bed, bath, kitchen, and beach linens for the maximum number of guests are provided as part of the cleaning and linen fee and are neatly prepared for your arrival.

RECREATIONAL GEAR:
Additional beach gear or recreational equipment is available for rent from the management at very reasonable rates for our guests: large ice chests, wagons, Pack n Play portable cribs, portable high chairs, twin rollaway beds, and much more! Contact us for more information.
