Vacation in Warnemünde! The Lotsenhaus Residence was newly built in 2006 and is located directly across from the cruise terminal. Enjoy a relaxing vacation by the sea in Warnemünde in our 2- to 3-room apartments for 2 to 6 people, all with free parking. Dear guests, welcome to the Lotsenhaus Residence!
We offer you a vacation apartment—partially refurbished in 2024—in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde, just a few minutes from the Baltic Sea beach.
At the “Lotsenhaus” residence, our wonderful “Atelier Meerblick” vacation apartment is available to you, featuring a large south-west-facing terrace and a magnificent view of ships entering and leaving the harbor. The vacation rental is approximately 74 square meters in size, located on the first floor, and features a large living room with a double sofa bed, an open-concept kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower and a hair dryer, and a large terrace. The apartment is designed to accommodate 2 to 4 people.
Amenities include a TV and free Wi-Fi in the living room, a kitchen with a stove featuring a ceramic cooktop, a microwave, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster.
The apartment’s initial amenities include one set of linens per person,
(included in the final invoice price: bed linens, towels, dish towels,shower mat)
You can park your car on the property free of charge.
