Vacation in Warnemünde! The “Lotsenhaus” residence was newly built in 2006 and is located directly across from the cruise terminal. Enjoy a relaxing vacation by the sea in Warnemünde in our 2- to 3-room apartments for 2 to 6 people, all with free parking. Dear guests, welcome to the “Lotsenhaus” Residence!
We offer you a vacation apartment in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde, newly furnished to a high standard in 2024 and just a few minutes from the Baltic Sea beach.
At the “Lotsenhaus” residence, our wonderful “Meeresbrise” vacation apartment awaits you, featuring a large south-west-facing balcony and a magnificent view of ships entering and leaving the harbor. The vacation apartment, modernized in 2024, is approximately 72 square meters in size, located on the first floor, and features a large living room with a double sofa bed, an electric fireplace, an open-concept kitchen with a dining area, a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower and a hair dryer, and a wonderful large balcony. The apartment is designed to accommodate 2 to 4 people.
The apartment features high-quality PVC flooring. Amenities include a radio/CD player/cable TV/flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi in the living room, a second TV in the bedroom, a built-in kitchen with a stove featuring a glass-ceramic cooktop and a combination oven/microwave, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster.
The apartment’s initial amenities include one laundry package per person,
(included in the final invoice price: bed linens, towels, dish towels, shower mat)
You can park your car on the property free of charge.

Additional services available upon request for a separate fee, bookable directly with the landlord:
