Sun and sea in Warnemünde! The “Lotsenhaus” residence in Warnemünde was newly built in 2006 and is located directly across from the cruise terminal. Enjoy a relaxing vacation by the sea in our 2- to 3-room apartments for 2 to 6 people, all with free parking. Dear guests, welcome to the “Lotsenhaus” residence! We offer you a comfortably furnished vacation apartment in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde, just a few minutes from the Baltic Sea beach.
At the “Lotsenhaus” residence, our 3-room “Südblick” vacation apartment is available to you, featuring two large, sunny balconies and a view of ships coming in and out of the harbor. The lovingly furnished vacation apartment is approximately 83 square meters in size, located on the first floor, and features a large living room with a double box-spring sofa bed, an open-concept kitchen with a dining area, two bedrooms with box-spring beds, a shower room with heated floors, a washing machine, and a hair dryer. Generous windows let plenty of light into the apartment and offer a view that promises relaxation and rest at all times. The apartment is designed to accommodate 2 to 6 people. You can store your bicycles in storage room No. 8.
You can park your car on the property free of charge (No. 8).
The apartment is fully equipped with laminate flooring. Amenities include a radio/Magenta TV (in the living room with a flat-screen TV), free Wi-Fi, a built-in kitchen with a stove featuring a ceramic cooktop and oven, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a microwave, a coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster.
This vacation rental is a non-smoking apartment.
The initial amenities for the apartment include one laundry package per person,
(included in the final invoice price: bed linens, towels, dish towels, and a shower mat).
Feel free to visit the spa area and the Michelin-starred restaurant at the neighboring Yachthafenresidenz.

Additional services that can be booked directly with the rental company upon request for a separate fee:

Eine sehr schöne geräumige Wohnung. Gut eingerichtet, sehr sauber und schnell mit der Fähre von Warnemünde aus erreichbar. Toller Blick auf das Wasser und die Kreuzfahrtschiffe. Ein Wohlfühlobjekt, welches wir gerne noch einmal buchen. Christine
