About this apartment rental

A short distance from windsurfing, fishing, and more, this smoke-free apartment lets you experience it all. There's convenient onsite parking, so you can leave your vehicle behind and let your feet make short work of the 7-minute walk to Marina Warnemuende or the 10-minute walk to Warnemünde Cruise Center. Check out other neighborhoods and see more of Rostock by hopping on a metro at Warnemuende Station, just a short 12-minute walk away.

The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a refrigerator, and a dishwasher, as well as a coffee maker, a microwave, and a toaster. Enjoy the cable/satellite TV and DVD player.

Tolle Lage - schöner Urlaub
Was man wissen sollte: Balkon 1 (Nord mit Blick auf Fähranleger und Warnemünde, Sonne ab ca. 16 Uhr), Balkon 2 (Ost, Parkplatz Fähre). Schlüssel: Holen und Bringen in Warnemünde (also Fähre nutzen)! Holen persönlich/Bringen reicht Briefkasten (in Warnemünde, Nähe Leuchtturm). Kein Aufzug. Nur ein FeWo Schlüssel. Kurtaxe: aktuell 2,25 €/Person/Tag - ohne "echte" Gegenleistung (woanders ist z.B. teilweise ÖPNV, Schiff, Kurkonzerte o.ä. enthalten.) FeWo: Parkplatz direkt am Haus (normale Größe, bei "größeren" PKW ggf. etwas eng). FeWo sehr groß und geräumig! Einrichtung Wohnraum/Küche ist gut. Schlafzimmer: Ein Schrank, voll mit zusätzlicher Bettzeug (also nicht nutzbar), sonst leider nur ein offenes wackeliges Regal. 2.Schlafzimmer: Wackeliger/billiger Schrank und Kommodenschrank mit Schubladen. Balkon: Möblierung leider nur für einen Balkon (runder Tisch und 4 Stühle - beides aber austauschwürdig!). Bad: gut, aber die Deckenbeleuchtung sollte wesentlich heller sein. Kücheneinrichtung ist okay. Kühlschrank hat Gefrierfach. Details könnten besser sein: z.B. Kaffeemaschine mit Thermoskanne, neuer Eierkochen, noch eine 2. Pfanne (mittlere Größe). Wäschepaket: Je Person 1 Handtuch/1 Badetuch - hier sollte ein 2. Handtuch möglich sein. Ausflugsmöglichkeiten: Ideal, bummeln ab FeWo, z.B. Ostmole, Yachtresidenz, Strand Hohe Düne - Warnemünde (!) (immer Fähre notwendig, aktuell 1,60 €/Persone/Fahrt), Rostock, oder bis Fischland-Darß. In der FeWo: Klar Schiffe bei Ein- und Ausfahrt vom Nordbalkon sehen - toll! Warum 2x Buchungsgebühren (12,00 € und 23,70 € auf der Rechnung stehen und wofür 35,70 € Buchungsgebühr notwendig sind - keine Ahnung. Zusammenfassung: Eine tolle Woche im Lotsenhaus, in einer angenehmen FeWo. Wenn man vorher über die wirklich kleinen Mängel weiß, umso besser. Die genaue Lage der FeWo (inkl. der Himmelsrichtungen Balkone) sollte in Bildern und Beschreibung erkennbar sein (wir dachten bei Buchung, wir haben Blick auf die Warnow). Der Preis im März 2022, ja okay, man bezahlt die tolle Lage eben mit. Wir würden wieder im Lotsenhaus Urlaub machen!

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung in toller Lage. Leider ist das Zeitfenster für den Check-In am Samstag recht eng bemessen und hätte auf Grund von Verkehrsverzögerungen zu Problemen geführt, wenn nicht ein Bekannter vor Ort den Schlüssel geholt hätte.
