About this apartment rental
Located right on the Alter Strom in Warnemünde, just a few minutes’ walk from the beach, the exclusive vacation apartments “Traffic” and “Sonnenschein” are available to vacation guests. Dear guests, a warm welcome to you! We offer you an exclusively furnished vacation apartment in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde, just a few minutes from the Baltic Sea beach, with a magnificent view of the Alter Strom.
This state-of-the-art vacation apartment awaits you in a prime location in Warnemünde.

The bright living room, with access to two terraces offering a direct view of the Alter Strom, provides plenty of space for the whole family.
There are 2 bedrooms, each equipped with a high-quality box-spring bed. One bedroom also features a Smart TV.

Living room with Smart TV, large family sofa, dining area with a magnificent view of the Alter Strom. Separate kitchen with dishwasher, stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, egg cooker
2 bedrooms with high-quality box-spring beds (180 cm x 200 cm), a wardrobe, and a changing table, luggage rack
The bathroom is spacious, featuring a shower (rain shower), washing machine, and hair dryer. The bathroom furniture was custom-made by a local furniture manufacturer.
The hallway coat rack in the entryway also comes from this furniture manufacturer and was made at the owner’s request.
The “Traffic” vacation rental is designed to accommodate up to 4 people and is located on the first floor; access is via an outdoor metal spiral staircase.
Enjoy the stunning view of the Alter Strom from the balconies. We kindly ask that you do not smoke inside the apartment.

The apartment’s initial amenities include one laundry package per person,
(included in the final invoice price: bed linens, towels, dish towels, shower mat).

Children up to age 5, business travelers, athletes, conference attendees, travelers in transit, locals
Additional services available upon request for a separate fee, bookable directly with the property owner:
- High chair/each: 2.00 € one-time fee
