Asia Suite, directly on the Alten Strom - family-friendly / modern / exclusive This suite is lovingly furnished and completely new, completely and comfortably equipped: flat / cable TV (3-way), stereo radio / CD, internet (WLAN) and complete Kitchenettes (ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, coffee machine, toaster, kettle etc.). Our Asia Suite welcomes you with a very special atmosphere combined with perfect comfort. Stylish Asian furniture, large living / dining area with a comfortable seating area (sofa bed), up to three bedrooms, two comfortable shower rooms and many lovely details. From the balcony of the Asia Suite you can enjoy a wonderful view from the "Old Stream" to the cruise terminal with the luxury liners.

The above prices are calculated for a stay of up to 6 people and 7 seven nights incl. Final cleaning, bed linen, towels. (For all stays booked from August 2019!). You are also welcome to stay with us for fewer nights. In this case we charge a so-called short booking surcharge. We then differentiate between a surcharge of up to 2 nights and / or less than 7 nights. Children up to the age of 6 live with parents and grandparents free of charge. For each additional person we charge an amount of 15 euros / night / person (so-called extra bed). We have a limited number of private parking spaces at the house. If available, these cost 7 euros / night / car. We also name alternatives on request. General features are listed in the equipment features. T. in the house and not in every single apartment, which we would be happy to provide for your stay: DVD players / DVDs gg. Deposit to be collected from us in the office, cot / high chair one-time fee of 7 €, microwave on request. The WiFi in Warnemünde is not perfect. We cannot offer streaming quality. ________ We would be happy to make you a personal, individual offer. You can also view and query the prices directly on our website. Special conditions for long-term stays on request / VAT can be stated. Tourist tax in Warnemünde per day / € full price * HS 2.25 €, reduced 1.50 €, reduced price * NS 1.50 €, reduced 1.00 (HS = high season (May-Sep), NS = low season (Oct-Apr)) * The amount of the spa tax is calculated per night for the duration of your stay. Children up to 16 years do not pay spa tax. The discounts apply to pupils, trainees, students and the severely disabled.

Haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt, allerdings war auffällig, dass die Vermietung gerade erst wieder möglich war. Ist aber trotzdem empfehlenswert.

Die Wohnung war gut. Das beworbene WLAN in der Wohnung so gut wie nicht vorhanden. Eine Urlaubsplanung war so nicht möglich. Die Aussagen der Rezeption über die WLan Qualität sind technisch nicht haltbar. Dies hat den gesammten Auftenhalt in der Bewertung sehr runtergezogen.
