We enjoyed our stay. The apartment is comfortable, clean and well-equipped, and communication with the property manager was clear and timely.The location is convenient, but it's worth bearing in mind that it is near to the Irish Museum of modern art, whose grounds are sometimes used as an open-air music festival venue.On-street parking is available nearby, but must be paid for between 7am and 7pm. (The owner explained that a private car parking space used to be available for the unit, but was no longer available at the time of our stay.)

The flat was very peaceful with all the ammenities we needed for our 3 day stay in Dublin. Community was gated and felt very safe. Loved being able to sit on the patio with a cup of tea and watch the magpies play in the grassy common area. The location was great, just a short walk to 2 coffee shops, a pharmacy, a grocery store, and the Heuston train station. We explored the Museum of Irish Modern Art and the old royal hospital across the street. Ground floor flat was perfect for my 75 year old father.
