Mooie locatie met prachtig uitzicht

Heerlijke locatie, mooi uitzicht, we hadden gekozen voor zeezicht, prachtig. Mooi ruim balkon, keurig schoon. Tuinen mooi aangelegd. Ook parkeren goed geregeld, parkeerkelder bij de residentie. Eettentjes in de buurt en pinautomaten in overvloed. Als je iets nodig hebt stuur je een berichtje en het wordt meteen geregeld. De naam is niet meer Artemis beach house, maar aquamarine residence, dit is nog niet aangepast bij booking. De nieuwe naam dekt wel beter de lading, want het is zeker geen strandhuis. We kregen vooraf keurige instructies van de eigenaar, zelfs een filmpje, over de route zodat we er zo heen reden.

Geen dingen die tegen vielen maar wel anders dan verwacht. We hadden gezocht op; aan het strand maar dat is niet zo, er is een trap naar de zee. Ook is het geen resort met restaurant of poolbar, de appartementen hebben verschillende eigenaren en er is ook permanente bewoning, wij vonden dit geen probleem, maar goed om te weten als je andere verwachtingen hebt. Naar Vlorë, de gezellige boulevard lopen. Was nog wel zon 3,5 km.

Hôte adorable et belle grande piscine d'eau de mer

Particulièrement, la disponibilité et la gentillesse de L'hôte. Ensuite, la taille du logement bien équipé (les essuies pour la piscine sont le gros plus à mes yeux) et propre avec une petite terrasse et une belle piscine d'eau de mer surplombant la mer à quelques pas. Le parking inclus.

Le peu de respect des autres locataires qui font du bruit à la piscine ou dans le logement à côté mais ça, l'hôte n'y peut rien. 🙂

Un séjour en famille idéal avec mer, piscine et à proximité de Vlorë.

La résidence était super avec une super piscine et une super vue. L'appartement très confortable avec une super terrasse et bien équipé. L'hôte était super sympathique, réactif et disponible.

Juste parfait !

Le meilleur accueil que nous avons eu de tout notre séjour ! Artémis et son papa ont été adorables. Le logement est propre confortable et bien équipé, il dispose d'une petite terrasse. Il se trouve dans une résidence calme. On n'entend pas la route qui passe juste au dessus. La piscine à l'eau de mer est incroyable et l'accès à la mer appréciable.

Fantastische plek met zeer gastvrije en vriendelijke eigenaar. Perfecte uitvalsbasis voor Vlorë en omstreken. Fantastisch uitzicht op zee met een uitstekend onderhouden zwembad. Piękny apartament, fajna okolica ze zjawiskiem widokiem z basenu. Gościnność I klasa. Polecam.

Piękny, przestronny apartament, duży i czysty basen oraz piękne widoki i dużo zieleni. Dużo restauracji wokół obiektu.

Wolałabym „zwykłą” wodę w basenie a nie z morza / słoną. Do zabaw z dzieckiem kiepska bo szczypią oczy. Ale to osobiste preferencje.

Daar we rolluiken gewoon zijn thuis, is de slaapkamer heel vroeg lichtrijk. Een tip om de gordijnen die er nu hangen te verduisteren.

Great place but difficult to find - the owner had messaged me the details but I couldnt pick them up on my mobil - when you arrive where the property is it there are no signs for Artemis Beach House - its now called Aquamarine Apartment.

The hosts were lovely, nice pool area, all amenities you could need in the apartment! Some nice restaurants nearby, great views!

The only negative for us was that the blinds let a lot of light through when closed so when the sun came up at 5am, it came streaming through. Some curtains would be a good addition to the bedroom. (After 2 nights of being up super early we got some bin bags and taped them to the windows at night which was better!)

Zeer gastvrij en gezellige accommodatie

Het complex lijkt op een gezellig Italiaans dorpje met een mooi onderhouden tuin. Een fijn huisje met een lekker balkon om op te zitten. Het was ook fijn dat er een zwembad was. Er zijn badlakens aanwezig. Super gastvrij en vriendelijk zijn ze hier en je kunt je auto in de garage parkeren. Tegenover de accomodatie is een supermarkt (wel afwijkende prijzen voor toeristen, zoals je dit wel vaker tegenkomt in Albanië). Wij vinden de Diamond Hill (paar minuten lopen) een fijn restaurant en de rooftop bar is ook een aanrader.

Er is geen strand. Je kunt wel via een trap afdwalen om bij de zee te komen. De zee klotst nogal wild tegen de rotsen, maar op zich kun je prima in het water komen. Naast Artemis ligt een luxe accommodatie waar tot 's avonds laat dj's aan het draaien zijn. Wij konden gewoon slapen, maar misschien goed om te weten.

Awesome place! Highly recommend!

The accommodation is simply awesome! Great clean comfortable rooms equipped with everything you need. The swimming pool is very clean and it has the water pumped from the sea! The hosts are amazing - ready to ask any questions and go the extra mile. The view from the swimming pool is so cool - you can watch beautiful sunsets from there. The shops and restaurants are walking distance.

A minus that there wasn’t any private beach. If you want to swim the ocean you need to go to a public beach. A bit over priced.
