Heerlijk huis op mooie plek

Erg groot, mooi en schoon huis. Erg fijn terras overkapt waardoor je er vaak kunt zitten, met uitzicht op zee. Mooie keuken met kleine afwasmachine en grote koelkast met kleine vriezer erboven. 2 badkamers en 2 toiletten is super fijn met gezin. Verschillende ruimtes met airco. Vlakbij gratis en betaald strandje (met veel stenen). Wij reden liever 10min met de auto voor zand strand. Vaak in combinatie met supermarkt, op 3 minuten lopen van het huisje is een (dure) supermarkt. Bij het complex is een lange trap waar je de zee in kunt, kon bij ons niet de zee was te onrustig. Er is een fijn zwembad met ligstoelen en parasols, eigenlijk altijd genoeg plek.

-Er was in 1 slaapkamer geen airco, maar alleen een fan aanwezig. Dat was wel jammer de kamer was vaak best warm. Er kon wel een groot raam open met een hor. - bedden zijn erg zacht en zakken door. - de kookplaat heeft maar 2 pitten. Op de foto booking. Com zie je er 4 maar 2 werken er niet. Onhandig als je wil koken. Er is ook maar 1 gewone pan en 2 koekenpannen aanwezig. - er is geen magnetron - er zijn weinig grote glazen of bekers. Wat weinig bestek. - boiler niet toereikend voor de 2 douches. In 5 dagen heb ik geen 1 keer warm kunnen douchen, ondanks extra wachten tussen het douchen in. Binnen 5 minuten tegelijk douchen is water koud en daarna ook nog lang. Met gezin onhandig. - betalen moest contact bij aankomst, staat verkeerd bij booking.com. pin is vlakbij. Eigenaar was hier coulant in.

Lägenheten var toppen. Stor, ren, superhärlig balkong med havsutsikt. Poolen var toppen och låg otroligt vackert till

L emplacement éloigné de vlore au calme (5-10min en voiture), la propreté irréprochable de chaque pièce, la vue de la terrasse très grande sur la mer superbe, les équipements avec tout ce qu’il faut pour cuisiner et même sur la terrasse, la literie très bonne, spacieux, le parking en sous sol, le personnel vraiment très gentil et l hôte toujours la à la moindre question de notre part. Très bien climatisé La piscine privée à l eau de mer et des transats pour chacun avec une vue magnifique

Vi hade en helt fantastisk vistelse! Lägenheten var stor, ljus och jättefin – perfekt för vår familj med två barn, min man och min mamma. Allt var rent och fräscht, och vi kände oss som hemma direkt. Utsikten från boendet var helt magisk – man kunde verkligen njuta av omgivningarna. Poolen var också en favorit, särskilt med det fräscha saltvattnet – både vi vuxna och barnen älskade den! Vår husvärd var otroligt hjälpsam och vänlig, alltid tillgänglig om vi hade frågor eller behövde något. Han gjorde verkligen vår vistelse ännu bättre. Vi rekommenderar det här boendet varmt och kommer gärna tillbaka!

Beautiful flat with a great Balcony and view!

Beautiful Apartment with a fantastic balcony and a great view. Everything was very clean. We were 5 people in the flat and we had plenty of space. There is a swimming pool with a shower and changing room which was very convenient for the last day as we wanted to enjoy the beach until the end. There is no beach at the residence but a stair that lead to the sea and it was so beautiful to swim there (*when the sea is quiet). Dorina, the landlady, was waiting for us for the check in and to give us the keys and showed us around, she was very friendly and helpful. There is also few restaurants around and a little supermarket just opposite the residence. There is also few nice beaches not too far away. I loved everything about this trip, my only regret is that we only spend 4 days in Albania. I will definitely go back there again.

We only had one set of keys for 5 people, 2 sets would be more convenient as we didn't stay together all the time and had to coordinate for the keys.

From meeting the host and until the very last day, everything was as pleasant as it gets. Dorina is a very kind woman and will assist in everything you need. Top of the line apartment with a huge terrace (my favorite part) and all the amenities. Clean, cozy and comfortable rooms fit perfectly with the quiet and beautiful area outside. Also going to the pool during sunset is a magical scene. Highly recommended!

No private beach but for a short walk you can get to the nearest one.

Well done

The apartment was comfortable and very very clean. The furniture is very nice and modern, and the apartment is equipped as it is mentioned. The hosts are so kind. There is beautiful terrace with the nice view, a residence is a quite place and recommended for a family as well. The free garage parking has been included in price, also there is large pool with a salt water. The sunbeds and umbrella are available and free. Even if there is no private beach I will recommend this apartment to everyone. Thanks a lot for nice time.

The private beach has been mentioned as a benefit since there is a way to the sea but there are only the rocks without beach. So, in my humble opinion this benefit should not be mentioned.
