The property is located in a quiet, upscale area with beautiful sea views, including a large terrace and a smaller secondary terrace, which made the stay visually very enjoyable. The bedroom itself was comfortable and well maintained, and overall the house has strong potential as a relaxing getaway. The host was also very helpful in arranging transport, including airport transfers, which was appreciated.
Several practical aspects could be improved, including a lack of cleaning service during a multi-day stay and missing essentials such as regular rubbish collection. The kitchen setup was not fully functional, as there were limited accessible sockets for appliances like the kettle or coffee machine, and some expected amenities such as an iron had to be requested. In addition, the bathroom design caused water to spill outside the shower area, and more comprehensive toiletries would improve the guest experience.

Location, staff helpful, balcony,
No AC in main bedroom
Water pressure in shower not that good
AC in the living room remote screen damage ask for replacement but did not happen so did not use the actual features

+ a wonderful view and spacious balcony
+ free use of pool and sunbeds next to it
+ hospitable owner, which was so kind to accommodate us earlier
+ quick communication via WhatsApp with English speaking staff
- WE GOT BITTEN BY BED BUGS
-poor quality of kitchen equipment
- leaking washbasin in the bathroom, creating a puddle every 20 minutes
- non-functional washing machine and hairdryer
Be aware:
*the owner doesn’t speak English, so it was a bit complicated to communicate
*accommodation is 4 km away city centre and buses do not stop here, so only options here are a taxi or a rented car
* the beach opposite accommodation is a stony beach, so it is not appropriate for children
