Fantastic place in a great location.

I liked the front and back patios. Lots of space for our family of 4. We could catch the sunset every night. Loved swimming and paddle boarding in the sea that was accessible by steps.

nice, 4 day stay in a cozy holiday appartment

awesome location, good amazing view and supernice amenities. Everything was so cozy, cushens, toys, its really someones holiday home you are using which is a warm welcome from all the cold hotels. perfect for families. the owner is also amazing, very responsive on whatsapp. gave loads of tips and ideas about albania and vlore. 10/10 would recommend.

Don't miss this place

Sunset House spoiled us. Exceeded all our expectations and it was the highlight of our vacation in Albania. We spent 4 nights here, kids loved the pool and beaches nearby. Walking distance market and restaurant. Host was super responsive helping with tips for beaches, places to dine and not only. Don't miss this place.

Nice place to come back

We liked the location and pool, view from terrace is very nice. Private garage space for us was a must and this is spacious. This is a private apartment in a residential building called Aquamarine Residence. There is a fast internet in place and big display screen.

There is a near hotel with loud music over weekend evenings, might be disturbing for some people. Some kitchen utensils needs replacement. I think beds frames needs replacement too, mattress is good but the bed frame gives noise or cracks when someone turns over during sleep. Aircon filter needs a periodic cleaning too.

Nice sea view. Well organized and comfortable space, isolated from neighbours. Very comfirtable beds :) Both apartment and the suuroundings are clean. Nice pool both for adults and for kids.

Perfect holiday base for a family and people who love the sea views!

Klodian is really really kind and helpful, we thank you! He offers very reach kitchen & apartment equipment. The object is completely equipped with cutlery, glasses, mugs, pots but also spices, and even a beer in the fridge! Huge balcony with lovely sea view and suitable furniture. Separate sleeping rooms - there was no need to sleep on the sofa in the living room. Anti-mosquito net in every window (what was definitely a first-choice need). Big TV with working Netflix. Don't be afraid about the sea entrance - there are a few stairs, and it's possible to use them. You don't need to drive or walk to another beach unless you need a sandy one.

The host-independent topics such as mosquitoes and the saltwater in the swimming pool. The rest was perfect!

Absolutely amazing, well positioned and with a direct beach access

Fantastic location, within a gated community but with an easy beach access where the water is quite marvelous. The hosts were very friendly representing the highest Albanian standards of hospitality. The apartment I chose featured a very beautiful and inspiring view of Vlora bay. Cleanliness was on top as the apartment is brand new. We traveled by car and parking was quite useful.

One of the best complexes and locations in Vlora with an exceptional view. A very spacious and clean apartment, fully equipped, two big verandas. Very communicative and respectful owners. Great restaurants with super fresh sea flavors nearby and fantastic prices. A “must come back” Sunset House! 😊
