Niesamowite miejsce w przepięknej lokalizacji.

Ogromny apartament w bardzo przyjemnej lokalizacji z dużym tarasem z widokiem na morze na osiedlu z prywatnym basenem. Obok rezydencje rządowe i bardzo luksusowy hotel z kasynem, lądowiskiem dla helikopterów i ekskluzywną restauracją. W pobliżu dobre restauracje, kilka sklepów spożywczych, wiele różnych ogólnodostępnych plaży (niektóre z fajnymi klubami), leży przy drodze biegnącej nad morzem dobrze skomunikowanej zarówno z przepiękną promenadą w centrum miasta, jak i kameralnymi plażami w kierunku Orikum. Bardzo bezpieczne miejsce z własną ochroną na bardzo czystym, zadbanym i pełnym pięknej roślinności osiedlu. Właściciel przemiły, uczynny, dostępny dla gości.

Wszystko się podobało. Cała rodzina była zachwycona tym miejscem.

Nothing to note but we didn’t realise we had to pay for booking in cash when we arrived but we sorted with host no problem.

Amazing and Relaxing!

The amazing balcony , the location, and our host was great! We look forward to staying again! It had an amazing master bedroom with a window that reminded us of an old European village with the big shutters that’s swing open. Aleksander was always available to help us out or direct us to what we needed. The unit is situated just a kilometer or so from the main strip in Vlore but it’s was very quiet and the sunsets were amazing! So relaxing!

The only thing we didn’t like was the entry area coming from the garage. It was dark and kind of weird and the lighting wasn’t very good inside of it. This isn’t the hosts fault as it seems to be a common area that the complex overlooks.

Relaxing vacation at highest standards in Albania

The apartment was at the top floor with a beautiful view on the sea. One could enjoy with a glass of wine on the terrace the sunset. The apartment has two bedrooms (one air conditioned), two bathrooms, one large living and dining room with an integrated kitchen, air conditioned. All equipments are good standard. The house is relatively new, from 2016. You can enjoy a large, saltwater pool, 25 meters in length. Excellent for swimming! Very friendly and helpful, but discrete owners. There isn’t really a beach close to the property, so you are recommended to drive 5 minutes to the next beach. Restaurants and grocery store in walking distance.

There isn’t anything we disliked. We would just recommend that the description at booking.com is clearer, e.g. that it isn’t a house you rent, but an apartment with a shared pool and no beach in classical terms. It would be recommendable to share some pictures of the property and the apartment at booking.com to get a better imagination.
