D57 - Appartments Park - UBahn

The property met my expectations: clean, tidy, and a large bed. A functional studio apartment with access to everything you need, close to the city center, quiet neighborhood, very friendly staff, and quick and easy contact with the front desk. I highly recommend it. 🙂🙂

I liked it location as it's near to Public Transport System. There are Supermarkets like Billa, Hofer, Spar at Walking distance. There are restaurants/Cafe at walking especially Turkish Halal Kebab.

Just staircase steps leading to Apparent can be improved by building owner. Apartment itself was very good.

Sauberkeit, gute Erreichbarkeit.

Insgesamt gut, viele kleine Mängel. Keine TV-Sender. Das Appartement befindet sich im Kellergeschoss, war nicht vorgeheizt und daher am Anreisetag sehr kalt. Eine Zweitdecke wäre daher wünschenswert.

Location, close to supermarket, looked somewhat recently renovated, bathroom was clean, fridge and stove top.

Check-in at 15:00 - first time I actually had to wait (in the rain) exactly until the check in time. While that is fair (and unpleasant), at check-out the staff kept knocking on the door before 11:00, pressuring us to leave early. I did not appreciate that. The bed is extremely uncomfortable on the wall side - there’s a big piece of wood that wrecks your back. If it’s temporary, then the room should be advertised to host only one person, not two, until the bed is properly fixed. The floor wasn’t clean and there were spider webs. No bedside wall socket, good I brought a long cable. WiFi coverage is poor if you sit on the chair. The TV is defective, it flickers heavily if you try to open YouTube or any app other than the default. The hand soap in the bathroom was diluted with water. No trash bag in the bathroom bin. The hot water is enough for one person to shower; the second one gets cold water even after a 15-20 min wait. The entrance door doesn’t close properly from the outside.
