gute öffentliche anbindung über straßenbahnlinie 18 direkt zum hauptbahnhof, lebensmitteleinkauf und essmöglichkeit in unmittelbarer nähe. Nett eingerichtete Schlaf und Wohnzimmer in dem Appartment.

Es gab kein Foto vom Schlüsselsafe obwohl in der Mail davon geschrieben stand,mußte erst telefonisch erfragt werden, ziemlich viel defekt in dem Apartment, vom Spiegel im Eingangsbereich über defekten Bildschirm der Gegensprechanlage , herausgerissene Halterung der Toilettenrollenhalterung, im Duschbad Waschbeckensifon undicht, Defekte Schiebetüre zum Balkon mit Zugluft und Lärmeintritt von der Schellstraße unter dem Wohnkomplex, völlig versiffte Kaffeemaschine, einer von den 4 Stühlen im Eßbereich ar an allen Schruben gelockert und drohte wegzukippen, es gibt für 4 Gäste mit 2 Kindern nur einen einzigen Transpoder um ins Gebäude zu gelangen und sich im Haus zu bewegen und man braucht den Transponder aus dem Zimmer heraus mindestens noch 2x um zum Poolbereich zu kommen, wer zur gleichen Zeit einkaufen , während sich jemand im Poolbereich aufhält, kommt bei der Haustüre nicht mehr hinein. wer immer das Appartment reinigt macht das ziemlich oberflächlich und lieblos, also sauber geht auch anders. Störend empfand ich die Verunreinigung an den Toilettenfließen und am inneren Türblatt der Toilette sowas geht für mich gar nicht.

Härlig lägenhet. Fantastisk gemensam takterrass med pool.

Obekväma kuddar och bäddsoffa. Läget inte så kul. Endast en nyckel till boendet.

Wonder property, great to have access to the pool on the roof. AC always worked. Location is easy, there are groceries, cafes, and restaurants right at the property.

The flat has enormous potential, but it's very uncared for, and a little bit sad. There is room for a lot of improvement throughout. However, the fastest way to improve would be to clean it properly. When we pulled out dishes and pots from the cupboards, they were often dirty, and not like, the dishwasher didn't run well enough dirty. One pot had obviously been put back in the cupboard unwashed after cooking pasta. All the evidence was on the pot. There was a dirty dish towel hanging from the oven handle in the kitchen. It stank. The washing towel by the kitchen sink was also dirty. I don't really know if the kitchen had even done cleaned after the previous guests. A coffee machine was provided, but no capsules. And because the machine was of an uncommon brand, we had to visit 3 shops until we found replacement capsules. All before having a cup of coffee in the morning. When I messaged the company with questions, I got an automated reply saying that they could not read the email because that service was only for sending property information to the customer. Therefore we could never speak to them. Laundry facility was provided as per the ad online, but there isn't a rack to hang the clothes out to dry. All the sheets are too small for the beds, and would come off from the corners of the mattress when we laid down. The bath towels had holes.
