Sehr schönes, helles Appartment in guter Lage. Moderne und geschmackvolle Ausstattung. Bequemes Bett. Toilette und Bad separat. In ruhiger Strasse und nahe zur U-Bahn Station. Perfekter Ausgangspunkt zu den meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten.
Teilweise sehen die Möbel zwar gut aus, sind aber nicht viel wert, so etwa der wackelige Schreibtisch. Die Küche könnte besser ausgestattet sein. Das Treppenhaus und der Innenhof sind eine Baustelle, von der man im Appartment selber aber nicht viel hört. Kein Lift und über 100 Stufen zur Wohnung. Training im Treppensteigen inklusive - nicht immer hatten wir Lust darauf, aber gut für unsere Fitness war es allemal.

Apartamento completo, confortável e bem localizado. Praticamente ao lado de uma estação de metrô. Cozinha compacta porém completa. Não possui ar condicionado, apenas aquecedor. Na época que fomos, em maio, não precisamos de ar condicionado. Possui máquina de lavar louça e lavar roupa. O acesso ao apartamento é por meio de escada. Possui isolamento acústico. Vários bares e cafés próximos.
A quantidade de escadas era um pouco cansativo para quem andava o dia todo.
