Vicinissima alla stazione della metro U3, zona con supermercati. Appartamento piccolo ma accogliente. Dotato di tutti i comfort. Manca aria condizionata, dato il caldo anomalo sarebbe stata gradita, ma non indispensabile.
Il divano letto non è estremamente comodo, ma è un divano letto, si può soprassedere

L'emplacement, la proximité avec la station de métro. Les commerces de proximité. La tranquillité de l'appartement.
L'appartement était tranquille certes, mais il donnait sur une cours intérieure, au rez-de-chaussée. Donc c'était plutôt sombre.

Bon séjour dans cet appartement, il est très bien situé, même pas 5 minutes à pied d'une station de métro donc compter environ 15-20 minutes au total pour aller en plein centre-ville. Joli appartement en apparence, moderne et bien équipé.
La propreté laissait vraiment à désirer, il ne fallait surtout pas regarder en détail et ne pas tirer les lits, meubles ni même le support a papier WC au risque de découvrir beaucoup de saletés et poussières. La bonde de l'évier était recouverte d'une couche de gras. La poubelle extérieure était collante...

Het appartement is nieuw, schoon en in een fijn gebouw. Daarnaast ligt het handig vlakbij een metrostation, supermarkt en bakkertje.
De slaapbank is wel erg nodig toe aan vervanging.
