Location is very good in district 3, close to metro station and city center. By walking distance there are a lot of restaurants, bars and girls for fun. The apartment is well equipped with the kitchen and washing machine.
Although I did not request at the time of booking, considering the summer time and high air temp. in Vienna in August, I suggest for the owner the installation of air-condition unit or at least ceiling ventilator. This is the only missing must-have in this apartment. I had to keep the windows opened all the time and from the street there was sometimes a lot of noise.

Very new, very clean. Great staff (on booking)
My apartment was in southwest corner, with no clouds and 39 degrees outside it got hot. Provided fan was something but it should probably be air-conditioned as walls themselves get very hot.
We did not like pillows, too big and sturdy.
