Ottima posizione, parcheggio comodo e bella struttura

La mancanza di aria condizionata porterebbe ad aprire le finestre di notte ma il rumore dalla strada principale e veramente fastidioso

Skvělá lokalita s výbornou dostupností do centra Vídně. Výhled na kanál Dunaje, klid v domě. A především garáž v blízkém parkovacím domě. Již jsme zde byli podruhé a stále jsme spokojeni.

Chybí klimatizace. V horkých dnech je nutné mít otevřená okna, která však směřují na velmi rušnou ulici podél Dunaje.

A very nice and spacious apartment, well-equipped, and clean. We had no problem getting into the apartment :)

On such hot days, the apartment would need air conditioning, as it was a bit hot and with the window open you could hear the cars. And unfortunately the WiFi didn't work

Wir haben das Appartement wegen der Lage genommen und dem vergleichsweise nicht ganz so hohem Preis. Es scheint recht neu hergerichtet zu sein, was sehr angenehm ist. Alles modern und nett eingerichtet. Es scheint, dass es einer Privatperson gehört, die die Vermietung von einem Anbieter (nicht Booking?) managen lässt. Die KOmmunikation ist schnell und klar. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt für das Appartement war, dass ein Parkplatz dabei ist. Wenige Minuten zu Fuß. Ist aber schon sehr gut, wenn man sich mit den örtlichen Gepflogenheiten, wann wer wo parken darf, nicht auskennt. Im Sommer könnte es recht warm werden (wir waren im März), weil die Ausrichtung komplett Richtung Osten ist.
