my Home in Vienna beim Hundertwasserhaus Smart Apartments

The apartment is extremely spacious with 2 large bedrooms, 2 bath/shower rooms, and a bonus room that can be used as an office for remote work, TV room, or 3rd bedroom since (I believe) the sofa was a sofa sleeper. There was plenty of closet and drawer space to hang and store clothes, the kitchen had everything we needed—our host even brought us an extra pan on request—and the air conditioning came in handy since we were there during a heatwave. HELPFUL TIPS FOR FELLOW TRAVELERS: - I know it can be hard to tell from the photos but there is only 1 toilet that is located in a separate WC. - The silverware/flatware is in a hidden drawer inside another drawer that is located to the left of the oven. - The key with the rubber ring around it is for the elevator. (The host did not mention this in the check-in instructions so my husband carried our bags up all the stairs because we could not get the elevator to work.)

The kitchen table had the most uncomfortable chairs we have ever sat in. They were tiny antique-looking chairs (not the ones pictured in the listing) that were not suitable for any adult. Not sure how to explain it but the seats were so shallow, your legs were not supported by the seat at all. One of the chairs was truly kid-sized and would only fit a child no more than 10 years old. To make matters worse, on two of the chairs, the backs were inverted meaning they pushed you forward instead of leaning back. I attached a photo but it may be hard to tell from a photo with no people in it. I would stay here again but only if they got all new dining chairs. The only other negative was that no extra bedding (duvet covers and pillow cases) were provided and we had to ask for more than one bath towel and hand towel per person. Staying for 30 days, we needed to wash our bedding a few times so we really had to time the laundry to make sure everything was dry for bedtime. Note: the listing says it can sleep 6, which it can, but those 6 people would not be able to have a meal together or hang out in the main living space together since there is only seating for 4. While this did not impact us, it is something you will need to consider if you are traveling with a larger group.

L'appartement est parfait : confort, espace, propreté, fournitures. Il ne manque rien. De plus, il est excellemment situé pour visiter Vienne : supermarché, transports en commun, convivialité du quartier. Nous y reviendrons certainement.

This was a beautiful apartment, we were really able to relax here and enjoy being in he property rather than it just been a place to sleep. It felt like a lot of thought had been put into making the place look nice (and this was done to a high standard) as well as consideration of what a traveller might need to make their stay more comfortable. There were local shops a couple of minutes walk away and the nearest metro was just under 10minutes walk. The area was nice and quiet at night. Would happily stay here again.

It was a hot summer when we visited and the lack of AC or a fan was disappointing. The communication could have been a little better - perhaps some written info in the property to advise about the WiFi and how to sort the garbage out would be helpful. (It seems every country does things differently!)
