Cool Boutique Apartments - Leopoldstadt

Someone met us outside the building and walked with us to the apartment, explaining the various keys for the various doors. The room and bathroom were very clean. This was very important to us. The room furnishings were attractive and modern. Small fridge with micro-size freezer compartment in the room - this was very useful since I use chronic medication that has to remain refrigerated. There was also a Nespresso coffee maker with 4 pods. The location is excellent - only a few yards from Nestroyplatz station on the red underground line. The room had air conditioning, which we didn't really use since we preferred opening the window on Praterstrasse. The WiFi worked well.

There was only one chair in the room and very little place to put anything down.

Chambre confortable, propre et calme Le centre ville est accessible par le métro qui est juste en bas de l’immeuble en 5 min. Ou sinon en marchant environ 20 min . Un petit frigo est disponible (malheureusement il fait un bruit monstrueux….) ainsi que cafetière et bouilloire. Le lit est confortable Les réponses rapides fournies par l’hôte Bon rapport qualité / prix pour Vienne !

Juste 2 petits axes d’amélioration : -Gros vis à vis dans la salle de bain (mais il y a un volet), peut être faudrait-il mettre quelque chose pour l’intimité : un rideau ou quelque chose pour flouter la vitre - le drap du lit est bien trop petit et nous étions découverts toute la nuit, j’ai sollicité l’hôte et il m’a apporté une réponse rapide en me fournissant un grand drap

The location was very convenient and the apartment itself matched the photos. The space was comfortable overall and check-in was easy.

Unfortunately, the air conditioning was not working during most of our stay despite multiple messages and repeated promises that someone would come fix it. We also did not have hot water during the last part of the stay. Communication was polite, but the issues were never resolved while we were there, even though we were assured they would be.
