The location was great, easy to travel to major destinations in Marrakech. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and AC worked in all rooms. The garden was really nice, picked some figs from the tree for breakfast. The kids thoroughly enjoyed playing in the pool. The neighbourhood was quiet, no noise at night so kids slept well.

The cost of the food was expensive. The pool could benefit from a graduated move from the shallow end to the deep end to cater for children better.

Our stay at Riad Lalla Fatima was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality and service were impeccable. The team went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and well cared for, making us feel completely at home. The villa itself is stunning—immaculately clean, beautifully designed, and full of charm. The owner was incredibly attentive, helping us arrange everything from guided tours of Marrakech to curated excursions and personalized activities. No request was too big or small. A special mention must go to Malika and Brahim, who provided world-class service and truly Michelin-star-level meals. Their warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail elevated our experience to something unforgettable. We were a group of 14 seasoned travelers with high standards, and yet Riad Lalla Fatima exceeded every expectation. The combination of exceptional service, warm hospitality, exquisite food, and a serene, luxurious setting makes this riad stand out as a true gem. A rating of 10 out of 10 doesn’t fully capture the magic of this place. We will absolutely return and are already recommending it to our friends and family.
