The location is great, easy to get to the city center fast using a taxi. Loads of taxis available on nearby streets. Restaurants and small shops open till late. Currency exchanges and banks nearby. ​Easy smart lock code access to the room. Smart features in there apartment though we hardly used it such as a smart mirror in the bathroom. TV, fridge, washing machine and AC worked well. Enmities provided for the washing machine and dish washer. ​There is a 24-hour service and full-day security on-site, even at night. You can check-in anytime. When you message before your stay staff respond back. Staff were friendly.

We were placed in a ground-floor room directly facing the front desk with little privacy. If you open the window on the lower floor men can see from outside (the parking space is right outside) even with the net curtain. The listing when we booked did not show pictures of the room as it does now. We were expecting a balcony and a higher floor. The property is not fully soundproof which is a reason why we booked this place over a riad. Some of us are light sleepers. We woke up several times early morning with sounds of shutters opening and closing and because the parking space is right outside the room there were car and motorbike sounds such as the sound of doors shutting and engine reving. ​There was no daily housekeeping as stated on the website which severely reduced our comfort during our stay. Trash piled up and we were told to carry it out to public street bins ourselves! We even saw a cleaner on-site, making it completely baffling why rooms aren't being serviced. On arrival, there was no shower gel or shampoo. We had to ask for these and they were given. When the kitchen tap soap ran out, it was never refilled. One toilet tissue roll on arrival and we had to ask for another. After this, we were told the manager had locked the supply cupboard and no more would be given for the rest of our stay! The on-site staff literally had to give us bits and pieces of their own personal toilet roll but it wasn't enough to get by. It's a strange set-up because we couldn't differentiate between who is security and who is management staff because it all seems to overlap but at the same time there was refusal of help based on this, likely because it is outside their job remit. One time at night, mid shower the hot water ran out. Again, who do we ask for house keeping support? The AC was a life saver but there was only one remote provided for two bedrooms upstairs and one for downstairs. ​The microwave did not work and we couldn't turn on the cooker.
