L'appartement correspond exactement aux photos. Pas de mauvaise surprise très agréable. Sara nous a très bien expliqué la localisation, ainsi que quelques recommandation pour Marrakech et le Maroc en générale. Nous sommes arrivé en soirée avec notre fille malade. Sara nous a fait livrer de l'eau et des fruits pour nous reconforter. J'ai trouvé très touchant et très aimable de sa part. Elle a été au petit soins avec nous du début à la fin et toujours très disponible.

S'il faut trouver quelques chose a dire, ce serait la robinetterie un peu endommagé ainsi que les joints des douches. Du coup l'eau coulait dans tout les sens 🤣. Sinon la piscine sur le toît dommage pas de parasol ni transat. Nous en avons quand même profité, mais nous devions chasser les pigeons qui laissaient leur plumes dans l'eau. Mais l'interieur de l'eau très propre. Un peu petite pour nager, mais très bien pour se rafraichir.

Logement spacieux, propre et climatisé. Terrasse agréable, même si l’aménagement est différent de celui des photos. Situé à 10 min à pied du jardin Majorelle et à 5 min d’un carrefour Market. Immeuble sécurisé avec gardien en permanence et piscine sur le toit. Très bonne communication avec le propriétaire.

Un peu loin du centre, il faut prendre un taxi car 30/40 min à pied mais on en trouve très facilement.

Zgodnie z ogłoszeniem jest to duży, dwupiętrowy apartament z dwiema obszernymi sypialniami. Łóżka są duże i wygodne, a pościel czysta i pachnąca. Kuchnia dobrze wyposażona. Klimatyzacja jest bardzo sprawna i szybko schładza pomieszczenia. Jest też patio dostępne z kuchni. Są łącznie trzy łazienki. Mieszkanie wydaje się bezpieczne, z elektronicznym zamkiem (który za każdym razem mówił, że bateria jest na wyczerpaniu). W wejściu zwykle przebywa consierge, który czuwa nad porządkiem i pomaga w sprawach związanych z wynajmem i nie tylko. Na dachu jest basen dostępny w godzinach 9:00-20:00.

Może jak na standardy lokalne jest to czysty apartament, ale oceniam w odniesieniu do innych wynajmowanych na booking.com lokali i uważam, że można lepiej posprzątać. Włączniki światła kleją się od brudu. Pod prysznicami jest też niedoczyszczone. W jednej łazience nie otwierają się szklane drzwi do prysznica. Meble na patio są brudne. W kuchni są karaluchy - trzeba zostawiać jedzenie szczelnie zamknięte. Należy uwzględnić lokalny podatek turystyczny płacony gotówką na miejscu. Płacą dorośli i dzieci powyżej 10 lat. Koszt 2,5 EUR od osoby za każdą noc.

The host provided me with very detailed information about the area and places to go etc which we all found very useful. The concierge was there to greet us upon arrival. A very nice friendly man unfortunately, our party had limited French and he had limited English but we understood each other fine. He also assisted us on our departure to guide our driver to the location. We found everyone very helpful. The property itself is in a great location. It was clean and tidy and had everything we required for our stay.

It couldn't be helped but the outdoor area has a lot of pigeons hanging around so if you needed to hang out clothes to dry or air, It wouldn't be advisable.
