Minor wear and tear but overall excellent

The location was amazing, everything was very close. In every room there was an AC which really helped us after a long day of sight seeing. The apartment also had Wi-Fi. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. The rooms were spacious and the terrace was also very big. Our host Soufiane was extremely nice and even ordered us a taxi to the airport. He made sure we felt comfortable during our stay and recommended us a few places for dinner/lunch.

location is terrible from one point only...I was on the 3rd floor.....on the ground floor was a sports bar that kept going till 2 am....generating a lot of street noise of screaming drunks...most nights I could not sleep well...nothing the host can do in this regard...the apartment was one beautiful grand unit at one time..now it badly needs a make over..the kitchen is very poorly maintained..grease on the splash walls...old pots and pans( I suggest the owner use stainless steel )..there was no cutting knife...had to use a table knife to cut fruit..cheap plastic utensils...counter tops and cabinets are all cracked and need to replaced..the main leather sofa , is totally cracked..covered up by blankets..the whole place needs an uplift...not what I expected for USD 600 cash for 3 nights..
