Location, but its very far up the hill. Bed comfy. Host fab. Breakfast tasty.
Floor of room was a little sharp on the floor - as mosiac tiles

The property is absolutely amazing! Looks right out at a church and you can walk across the street for an amazing view of the lake. The host, Romana, is so sweet, welcoming, and accommodating. The rooms and space are so beautiful and well designed, one of the most beautiful boutique spots I’ve stayed at with a garden to enjoy and cats roaming about. The breakfast is also an added plus!
Only thing would be there’s only one restaurant up by you and we didn’t think it was the best food. Plan on making a reservation in Varenna, you will have to drive there.

Lovely view, a nice atmosphere, and a fresh breakfast. Great place to stay!
