L'appartamento è ben tenuto, nuovo e funzionale.
La posizione discreta rispetto al centro, non troppo distante dal metro, 650mt circa!
Se si prenota in più di 2 persone chi dorme nella camera sotto, ha il problema della pompa dell'acqua parecchio rumorosa! Chi come me ha sonno pesante non ha problemi, ma chi lo ha leggero viene svegliato ogni volta che un altro apre l'acqua.

L'appartamento è grande e accogliente, letti comodissimi e pulizia impeccabile! Si vede che è stato ristrutturato da poco, tutto davvero impeccabile.
Non abbiamo conosciuto i proprietari perché il check-in è autonomo, ma le spiegazioni date erano precisissime, quindi nessun tipo di problema anche arrivando tardi la sera come noi.
Abbiamo avuto spazio più che sufficiente per avere privacy tra piano strada e camera "sottoterra". La camera di sotto non ha finestre ma è stato tutto pensato per non sentirsi chiusi, ottimo impianto di ventilazione forzata!
Posizione comoda a piedi, in una 20ina di minuti sa raggiungevo tutte le principali piazze (Mayor e Puerta del Sol) e in 10 minuti circa il palazzo reale. Quelli più lontani sono i musei, che sono dall'altra parte della città, ma noi abbiamo girato solo a piedi e in mezz'ora si raggiunge tutto!
È andato davvero tutto bene, se si volesse trovare proprio il pelo nell'uovo avremmo avuto piacere di avere un paio di asciugamani aggiuntivi, forniscono un telo per la doccia a testa e un solo asciugamano per il viso per ogni bagno.

The location is perfect, a few minutes walk from the historical centre. The apartment itself feels recently renovated, with all amenities feeling modern and in a great condition. Access to the property is contactless and done by using a door code. When we arrived we were missing some towels but the host was responsive and helped us resolve the issue quickly. The bathrooms and kitchen are modern and fully equipped including hair dryer, iron and ironing board, etc.
The second bedroom is located below street level so there is no natural light, though there is a fake window with light that simulates it which helps a lot. The entrance to the property is straight from the sidewalk which means there is lots of noise coming through including at night or early morning. This especially affects the upper bedroom, so if you're a light sleeper you might have some trouble considering next door there is a block entrance with a door which makes a noise every time it's opened.
