Before arrival, guests must sign a contract and complete a personal data form to comply with legal reporting obligations to the authorities. The contract includes the house rules, purpose of the stay, and rental details as indicated on the listing platforms and on our website.
Parties are not allowed, nor loud noises after 10:00 pm inside the apartment, and noise is not permitted at any time in the building’s common areas (entrance, stairs, elevator). Please keep your volume to a minimum when in these shared spaces. We care about our neighbours, and respecting them is essential. If we receive justified complaints from any neighbour about guest behaviour, a €100 penalty may be applied and you may be asked to leave the apartment. Noise-monitoring devices are installed in the property.
No smoking:Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment. Failure to comply will result in a €100 charge.
Lost keys:Losing or misplacing the keys will incur a €50 fee.
