O imóvel é muito bem localizado e amplo. Próximo do centro, de fármacias, metrô, supermercados e da Puerta de Toledo. Está é uma região calma, silenciosa e segura. Há um parque em frente, onde os moradores da região costumam frequentar. Tem uma cozinha moderna e muito bem equipada com: fogão, forno, lava-louças, torradeira, geladeria, e utensíllios de cozinha em geral. A cama é enorme e bem confortável.
O imóvel fica no térreo, o que faz com que possamos escutar os eventuais barulhos da rua com mais facilidade. Além disso, no banheiro, faltou um suporte para colocar xampú e sabonete, mas nada que atrapalhe na estadia.

Great location and neighbourhood and the apartment was cozy and well appointed.
Difficult to get natural light in so it feels enclosed and door opens directly onto street so can hear all the street noise.The check in procedure was complicated and impersonal and not exactly as described in the instructions. Ie. the keypad was not on the wall but on the door and there was no # key. It would be helpful to have a manual to explain the use of European appliances and shower for non- European guests.

Excellent locational, walking distance to everything. We did all of the Madrid sights on foot from the apartment.
The apartment was very well appointed with kitchen equipment and a washing machine. The bathroom is supplies with large pump dual body wash shampoo, hand soap but only 2 rolls of toilet paper. If you stay is longer you need to purchase extra supplies. The washing machine isn’t a dryer too but a large clothes rack is provided along with iron and ironing board too. The bed is super comfortable and blackout blinds are fantastic. Super fast wifi and Netflix available too. The hosts are very easy to contact and will answer all your questions. The security deposit is returned quickly providing you’ve obviously not damaged anything in the apartment.
I think it would be good to have a doormat.
