The apartment was very clean and had most everything you would need for a short stay city break. Great location for walking to older parts of the city and historic sights. Plenty of bars cafes restaurants around and a short walk away. Supermarket just around the corner and two bakeries on the doorstep . Nice quality linens and towels. Good offering of coffee machines and some pods. Supply shampoo and body wash. Dishwasher , wash machine great haves. Comfy bed. Kitchen well kitted out for meal preparation.

This is a small little place , attractive decor but very tight bathroom space for older and larger people to navigate. No outside windows for light, internal with light wells. Whilst it made it slightly cooler no air flow, in high temperatures very stuffy and hot, only one small fan. No aircon , suggest a BreezaMax unit or at least an addition of a second larger fan . TV was not a smart tv, no streaming services like Netflix etc, could not even log into your own accounts or cast to this model tv, needs updating.

Idealna lokalizacja na zwiedzanie Madrytu. Największe atrakcje w zasięgu 20 min. spacerem. Nie musieliśmy korzystać z komunikacji. Na ulicy kawiarnia, piekarnia i sklep Dia. W pobliżu mnóstwo knajpek. Wygodne samodzielne zameldowanie. Wyposażenie we wszystko co potrzebne na wyjeździe.

Brakowało światła dziennego, ale to zrozumiałe w kamienicach. Słychać też było rozmowy sąsiadów.

Buona posizione per visitare a piedi tutto il Centro di Madrid. Dispone di tutto il necessario per un breve soggiorno.

L’appartamento è ristrutturato bene ma è in un vecchio palazzo con le finestre che danno su dei cavedi. Consiglio di controllare le tende che oscurano che non funzionavano.

La ubicación. La cocina está bien equipada. El baño es pequeño pero la ducha grande y estupenda. El piso estaba limpio. Fue fácil acceder con al App que proporcionan.

Sabía que no había aire aconndicionado, anunciaba un ventilador, pero es absolutamente insuficiente para refrescar la casa, el ruido que produce no permite dormir. Hizo mucho calor, pero así es el verano en Madrid. El piso es todo interior con muchas ventanas a patios muy pequeños, pero no tiene ni una sola persiana ni cortinas gruesas que impidan pasar la luz desde el amanecer. La tele no puede verse por la mala cobertura Faltan algunos elementos importantes, creo yo, principalmente una lamparita de noche para leer en la habitación y una mesita frente al sofa para poder dejar un vaso o un libro...
