It was the staff esp the marvellous women in housekeeping, dining room and laundry room who are the stars of the hotel. Always ready with the friendliest smiles and greeting, these women are a true gem and always ready to go out of their way to help with anything. I felt so looks after and wouldn’t hesitate to book again.
The rooms are comfortable but the bedroom has an odd configuration that makes it slightly awkward. Bathrooms are surprisingly large and spacious.

The staff were so helpful, and the ladies that work in the restaurant were the sweetest!! I really enjoyed my stay, the facilities a laundry room especially on rainy Shanghai days was so handy. Any issues I had the staff would sort them out for me, especially when I needed someone to speak in mandarin on my behalf.

Silenzio, relax, design
Se non sei cinese e non riesci a mangiare cibo cinese la mattina, la colazione è orribile. Brioche immangiabili, come il pane e la marmellata di pessima qualità. Anche il cappuccino è il caffè non sono affatto buoni. Conviene fare la colazione in una bakery fuori dall’hotel. Credo che per i cinesi la colazione sia ottima.

The ID is nice
Staff service so-so. I checked in at 5:30pm, both rooms are not ready even though I have informed my check in time way early before my trip. I asked for extra room card but was told to come the next day because they were busy.. Lobby service needs to improve
