Great hotel - new and clean, good location.
9.2 / 10Outstanding·Sep 2026
Wonderful location if you want to stay near bars and shopping areas. Am glad I made the decision to stay here. Clean to perfection and just what we need. The only downside was their breakfast as you have to go out and walk to main Hotel which is a minute walk away only. If you could find somewhere else for breakfast will be ideal as alot around the corner cos hotel food selection and taste is just average. Overall we're happy staying here.

i would like to report a complain about this hotel. just a couple of minutes ago 2 men knocked on our door at 1:30 pm. this is the first time it happened to us and made us very afraid. we tried to call the receptionist to ask for security, but it was very hard to call frontdesk because the phone is so complicated to use. second, front desk could not understand or speak english at all. he eventually told us that it was hotel staff who went up because we reported an SOS. we never did such a thing because we were fast asleep at 1:30 AM. the frontdesk then said that a lady reported the SOS and provided the wrong room number. but arent hotels supposed to trace the correct room from which the call is coming from? this incident is so unprofessional and unsafe and the first it happened to us in the various countries we’ve visited.
and this hotel never responds via email. not once. so unprofessional.
