    I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. The hotel itself, the room, and the breakfast buffet were all great, but the amenities were really the icing on the cake! I was especially impressed with the free laundry facilities on the second floor, available 24 hours a day, with laundry detergent included. There’s also a gym right next to the laundry area, with complimentary water, so you can even get a workout in while waiting for your laundry. Another nice touch was the free coffee, tea, lattes, milk, and other drinks available 24 hours a day near the lobby. But what really made my stay memorable was the exceptional customer service, which went above and beyond anything I expected. During my stay in China, I had purchased a special eSIM so I could access Gmail and other apps that are normally restricted in China. Unfortunately, my data ran out, and I had to purchase another eSIM to continue using my phone normally. The problem was that the new eSIM details were sent to my Gmail, which I could no longer access without an internet connection. I went down to reception to see if someone could help me, and I believe the staff member’s name was Amber. She was incredibly kind and helpful and tried every possible way to solve my problem. What really amazed me was that she even went as far as purchasing an eSIM on her own phone, using her own money, just so she could share her hotspot with me and help me access my email to download my new eSIM. I honestly couldn’t believe it. This kind of customer service is something I have rarely, if ever, experienced before. I was genuinely touched by her kindness and willingness to help a guest who was having a difficult time. I really hope I got her name right because she deserves recognition for what she did. Overall, this was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. If I had to make one small suggestion, it would be to add a lock to the bathroom door for a little more privacy. Yes, the hotel is a little on the pricey side, but considering the facilities, convenience, and especially the wonderful customer service, I feel it was worth it. Thank you to everyone at the hotel for making my stay so enjoyable, and a very special thank you to Amber. Your kindness meant a lot to me, and I sincerely wish you all the very best! I would definitely recommend this hotel!

    Hotel is very well maintained and clean. Breakfast spread is good, very comprehensive and delicious. Great location, easy to get around anywhere. Very good housekeeping - staff noticed that we were buying loads of 1.5l bottled water to drink so they gave us a carton of bottled water without asking. Very worth it!
