I had a lovely stay at Courtyard by Marriott Shanghai Puxi during my trip to Shanghai. The room was very clean, tidy, and comfortable—everything was well-kept and I felt truly at home. The staff were exceptionally friendly, polite, and helpful. They always greeted me warmly and were ready to assist with anything I needed. Their kindness made my stay so much more pleasant. I really enjoyed my time here and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Shanghai. Thank you.

No major complaints, but nothing v positive either. Just Average. Room was big and comfortable enough for 3 of us to stay. But hotel is a lil dated, n can see some mould in the bathroom. Wifi did not work for us everyday, but as we came back late every night, we didnt have a chance to get the staff to repair. We took didi everywhere so cant comment whether convenient for public trpt. Except for 1 day where we walked to the railway station to catch the train to suzhou. Station is about a 10-15min walk away. There is a lawsons, family mart and chagee just across e road. Meituan orders will b dropped off in the lockers at the entrance of hotel so u will have to go down to collect.
