We came very early and still got a room. It had a fresh ac all around the hotel. The breakfast was very good (European and Asian kitchen). Beverly welcomed us, explained everything we needed to know about the hotel and was very friendly.

The property was maintained to a clean and high standards, it always smelt good upon entering the hotel. The rooms are kept tidy, the cleaning lady responsible for our floor ensured we always had clean towels and water everyday!

Location was very good , easy to access
1. The pillows were vacuum packed flat, and I didn’t like the softness of them as they were not comfortable.
2. The toilet door could not be closed properly.
3. I went down to the receptionist to ask whether laundry service was provided, as I know many hotels do offer it. However, I was told to “go outside and find it yourself,” which I felt was quite rude. I also understand Chinese, and I overheard them saying things that made me feel like I was troublesome.
