- Great location right at the metro station line 1 and main railway station - Very nice pleasant lobby - Nice design of the room - Good bathroom and the shower - Love the automatic curtains mode - There's an ok solid gym

- Staff is sometimes very slow at the reception - Concierge and welcoming staff at the entrance isn't that welcoming at all... - It's a bit confusing to get to the gym but do ask the staff at the concierge - They take 2000Y for deposit which I haven't experienced in a very long time for hotels at this level and famous chain - Poor english of staff but this is sadly kinda everywhere in China

overall nice property good views from the rooms fair food in the restaurant subway station is very close to entrance^ 4-5 stations to reach city center

It was stated that payment for the rooms are available at check in. However the hotel tried to charge the stay before my check-in. Bank blocked this transaction as suspicious and after that the hotel cancelled the booking without any attempts to contact me Service in the lobby restaurant is very slow, you will have to wait 30-45 minutes to get served. Surprisingly the same dish or drink may be prepared differently the other day. Lobby bar lacks any kind on sparkling wine - tried to order several times but they say they don't have it now. Surprisingly you cannot charge services to your room (lobby bar, lobby restaurant, swimming pool) - seems like there are several independent companies within one hotel And yes - they have security deposit when you check-in!
