Very good location for sight seeing. Public transport stops for bus and metro are nearby. Staff is very friendly. Ok for the price (we had 3 double bedrooms).
One room was not properly cleaned (dirty toilet) when we arrived. We had a non-smoking room but there was a stark smoking smell all the time in our room. It’s also a bit noisy (you can hear people using the toilet in nearby rooms).
It also a hostel and the reception / breakfast area ist a bit shabby.

- Heavy curtains for the cubicles were great for blocking the light and sound for a good night's sleep.
- Constant cleaning of the public areas kept the hostel clean and comfortable
- Very good air conditioning, especially good for the hot Shanghai summer
- Public sitting and dining areas seemed to be monopolised by a few guests who leave their computers, bags and other personal items at the tables for several days and overnight. These other guests show no respect for these shared areas as well as other guests who may want to use that space. The terrible thing is these selfish guests weren't even there most of the time but would leave their items there.

Desayuno occidental bueno, con variedad a elegir entre 3 tipos. Y café.
La habitación muy limpia y con buen olor.
La ubicación perfecta para recorrer la ciudad. Pudimos entrar antes a la habitación y dejar las maletas el último día.
Tuvimos un problema con el didi para irnos y el chico de recepción nos ayudó a gestionar las cosas.

The private rooms are modern and the furnishings are nice. It’s about 10 minutes walk to the nearest subway station and 2 stops on the subway to People’s Square. It’s convenient to get into the centre, but in a residential area. The staff are nice and polite.
The noise! I found it impossible to sleep at this hotel. The cleaners are very noisy from early in the morning. Unfortunately, they parked their trolley outside my room everyday and were there for the majority of the day. They bang the doors in and out of the rooms and when cleaning, they make a lot of noise. Not a relaxing stay.
The hotel is more like a hostel.
