Nice location, staffs were very helpful.

We had a wonderful stay here! I don’t understand why people give it any less than 5 stars (although full disclosure, they give a keychain thingie for 5 stars) but I would give 5 stars anyway! Staff is super helpful, they even helped us to make a restaurant and bar reservation, and even with taobao deliveries! Also the location is just a few steps away from the lively Nanjing Rd and The Bund! And one Yang’s Dumplings branch also is a hop and skip away! Would absolutely return!!! Thank you for your hospitality!!! Loved the free peach candies also!!!

A small hotel on the quiet street yet within short distance to the Nanjing Road pedestrian street . The hotel is situated along an old street with many popular eating shops. Staff is very helpful and friendly.
    5.6 / 10·Oct 2026
The staff were friendly and helpful, but unfortunately, the hotel was not good value for money in my experience. The rooms are quite small, and the housekeeping service could be improved. Although the room was tidied up, the bedsheets were not changed, and fresh toothbrushes were not provided daily. For the price paid, I expected better service, more attention to cleanliness, and better overall management. While I appreciate the staff’s friendliness, the overall experience did not meet my expectations. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this hotel to travellers looking for good value for money.
