Что понравилось - местоположение 10/10. Недалеко от метро, рядом набережная Бунд с шикарными видами и некоторые другие достопримечательности, рядом продуктовые магазины. Номер просторный, оснащен кондиционером, телевизором, чайником, удобные кровати, есть шкаф (в Китае шкафы не во всех гостиницах). В номере есть карта достопримечательностей (это удобно).
Нет холодильника, стены в ванной и в туалете - стеклянные. Персонал какой-то неприветливый. От гостиницы нет туров, экскурсий, завтраков, нет чая как в других гостиницах (там были либо в номере, либо в лобби). Зато в номере есть огромный список за что можно получить штраф. Это выглядит не очень дружелюбно. Непонятная история возникла при оплате. Мы оплатили номер наличными при заселении, спустя час с карты попытались повторно списать деньги за 1 ночь, когда списание не прошло, через букинг стали спрашивать когда мы приедем в отель, хотя часом ранее мы уже заселились
