SAVHE Hotel on the Bund Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street

We had a wonderful 5-night stay at SAVHE Hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and provided superb service throughout our stay. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the location was excellent for exploring Shanghai. We especially appreciated the complimentary daily laundry service, which was such a thoughtful convenience. Breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, and the complimentary afternoon tea and supper were lovely touches! It was really nice to return to the hotel after a long day of sightseeing, relax, and enjoy some refreshments. The hotel truly went the extra mile to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Excellent hospitality and great value for money!

Nothing in particular! We genuinely enjoyed our stay and had no complaints.

Every thing about it is so nice, the staff were amazing, helpful and friendly. The whole hotel was clean and smelled nice. Washing service was a great help with kids!

No halal or vegan food options. We booked 2 rooms, The AC was not cold in one of our rooms (it was good in the other room).

Very good food plus the stuff is super nice with free laundry.

It’s quiet actually since its in the north bund but it’s also easy to call didi

Nothing

From the moment we walked in, no greetings, no proper check in just gave us a card and a room number. Our key card always had issues, could get into the lift but not in our room or vice versa. The beds and pillows are rock hard. They offer free laundry service however be aware the will your clothes somehow got “lost”
