Great location! Right by Nanjing East Road, lots to do but it’s not loud inside the property. The street had exceptional number of local restaurants, which were delicious. Self service laundry, which was great and worked well.

‘Gym’ was just a room with a treadmill and a bike. No real exercise equipment. Breakfast was extremely busy, small seating area and broken coffee machine.

Clean hotel, good location. We had a quiet room and comfortable bed. It wasn’t cleaned everyday - instead they folded the old towels and put water. Staff friendly & helpful. Some staff couldn’t speak English but used translation apps. Lots of restaurants and places to eat in the street, if you wanted to eat locally.

Breakfast - offered many food options however was very difficult to find a space and seat to eat. You could get your food but then were waiting for someone to leave (equalling food getting cold). Need a bigger dining area if going to offer breakfast to all hotel. If you went ‘out of peak times’ I’m sure you’d be fine, but peak hours are popular for a reason. Also coffee machines were slow and queues long. One coffee maker broke, the staff came to mend it then walked away so didn’t know what was happening. In the end we abandoned the idea of coffee. Pillows were not comfortable design for us.
