Excellent stay experience. All rooms and lobby was very clean. The bed and pillow was very comfortable. They provided washing machine for free and smart robot to deliver food to room. Their breakfast very tasty and many choices. All receptionist very warm and kind, especially ms. 雯呢. I will comeback again next time to this hotel because it make me feels like at home.

Property has good location, near line 2 subway station. Laundry facility is excellent. Staff is excellent.
The plumping needs improvement. Aircon control was not working but staff was able to activate central aircon.
